As part of the I'll Say It Again! festival in May Tara Arts in London has partnered up again with Pilot Theatre for the live-streaming of Women of The Mahabharata. Wtach on YOU TUBE.

Join us for an evening of readings and music; reclaiming India's great epic The Mahabharata

live on Thursday 31 May 2018 from 7.30pm

the queen who blinded herself to the woman who defied death, five writers and a singer/songwriter share works-in-progress on iconic female charaters from The Mahabharata - India's great epic of humanity - as part of Tara Arts' ongoing focus on reclaiming classics. 

A sharing of writings by Kamila Shamsie, Preti Taneja, Razia Iqbal, Grace Nichols, Yasmine Rana, Sohini Alam and Amrit Kaur Lohia, performed by a cast of accomplished actors and musicians including: Sohini Alam, Sohini Alam, Mamta Kaash, Sharon Singh, Ronny Jhutti, Medhavi Patel and Shelly King.
